We have extensive experience and expertise in designing quay walls along rivers, canals and in ports, abutments for bridges, tunnels, piperacks and large industrial structures and buidling services for energy generation, waste treatment or water treatment. In public projects, we work as a technical support agency for the executing contractor.

In private projects, we offer the customer the complete picture, from permit phase to completion. We work closely with Stranger Architects & Engineers, which takes care of project management and is responsible for the permits. Once the permit has been obtained, we draw up a bill of quantities and technical specifications in order to put the execution out to tender. We then draw up the execution plans, monitor the site and assist the customer during the delivery.

Projects of this magnitude require large quantities of materials. Even before the recent rise in raw material prices, it was in our DNA to play the sustainable card. In doing so, on the one hand, we strive for the best possible balance between the strength and efficiency of structures. On the other hand, we always look for the most cost-optimal solution for the client, both in the short and long term.

When designing industrial technical systems, we work closely internally with the Industrial MEP department at BM Engineering and with external - often international - other construction partners. By being involved in the process as early as possible, we can identify and address any weaknesses in the project in time.

In complex and large-scale projects, thorough BIM integration is a great asset. This allows us to align our design with neighbouring facilities and structures, as well as with external installations. We model not only the structures and installations, but also the surrounding construction. For this, we use Revit and Civil 3D.

We keep a clear view of the overall picture of the project, beyond our own assignment and without losing sight of the details. By thinking critically and rationally about the customer's needs and questions, we can always formulate the most appropriate answers.
