Dancelot is bringing its various dance activities together under one roof in a new, modern facility in Sint-Andries. The new dance school offers space for classical ballet, modern and contemporary dance, musical theatre, Pilates and specialised training programmes for young talent. This centralisation creates an efficient and forward-looking venue with ample space for further growth.

Dancing in green surroundings

The building is being constructed in Sportpark De Watertoren, a green setting that perfectly complements the open and inspiring atmosphere of the dance school. The layout respects the existing landscape and preserves the existing orchard and parkland, allowing nature and architecture to blend harmoniously. This creates a pleasant venue where movement, socialising and experience take centre stage.

Our role

BM Engineering Group was responsible for the Structural and Building Services of the building. Through the careful integration of the structural framework and technical installations, we are creating a comfortable, sustainable and future-oriented environment that is fully tailored to the specific needs of a modern dance school.
